If you get a message saying that Windows wants to send a report to Microsoft, please do the following:
Click on To see what this error report contains click here
There should be an 8 character offset under Error Signature (something like 0007b123). I need to know what this number is.
If you get an error message saying something like V has performed an illegal operation. The message should also contain a few 8 character numbers - I need to know what these are.
If possible, a screen shot of the error message would also be very helpful.
