Version 14 Beta 1 - height of rows grows when toggle CSV

V 14 beta 1 x64
Issue: height of rows increases when toggling between CSV and Text Mode.

To reproduce:
1. Enable Greenbar mode as this makes the issue very obvious
2. Open a CSV file (the row-height will be correct)
3. Click the CSV Mode button so the file is displayed in Text Mode. You may already notice that there is extra white-space around the highlight over the current row.
4. Click the CSV Mode button repeatedly, and note that the height of the rows increases each time you switch modes. The greenbar highlighting and current-line highlighting also becomes ragged, i.e. it expands to occupy the full (increased) height of the rows after the last occupied column.

Thanks - I will try to fix this in the next beta.

Pretty sure this was fixed a while ago as I forgot all about it, and use CSV mode almost daily. Confirmed fixed in RC 6. Thanks very much.
