tail w/search-beep

Here's one, give me an option when tailing a file. Define a search string to use during tailing. As each line is rendered in the display, if the search string is found, beep, or popup a dialog.

Define a search string to use during tailing. As each line is rendered in the display, if the search string is found, beep, or popup a dialog.

I will see what I can do.

Note that you can already do something like this in the current version (you just don't get any beeping).

To enable highlighting, enable the search bar at the bottom of the file window (this is an option in the search dialog).

To highlight all occurrences of a string, simply enter it in the search box and select "Highlight All". Whenever that string is encountered in the file, it will be highlighted.
