Pretty sure this was fixed a while ago as I forgot all about it, and use CSV mode almost daily. Confirmed fixed in RC 6. Thanks very much.

Fair enough. I do see the logic of why it doesn't work, so haven't thought of it as a bug. I agree - it is a feature :)
