Registering User

When attempting to install V-Viewer on a single user pc, it will not 'register'. The message received indicates 'License has expired. Your temporary license has expired. This copy of V is now UNREGISTERED.'
However, 10 New licenses were purchased last month.
Any idea why this will not install correctly on a single user pc?

You are not using the correct registration code - I have just resent the correct code via email.
